I loved my time at this resort, especially how conveniently close it is to the hot springs, which are just less than a 5-minute walk away, and the peaceful Pagosa Springs Town Park, just a few steps from my room.

The location was marvellous and stunning, to tourist sites!

All of the hotel's staff are super-friendly.

All in all everything was wonderful, had a really nice stay on vacation. The hotel had indeed a marvellous and stunning location convenient to town center. Moreover, it's very close to many restaurants and shops, and all the downtown shops.

The outdoor pool was closed, yet our room was clean and spacious.

Couple seeking relaxation, beware the sulfur smell

We spent a night here and I must say the hot springs were a revelation, just like I remember from the good days. The staff was alright, they even offered us a forgotten charger, but the overpowering sulfur smell in the bathhouse was quite something.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the hot springs, it was acceptable.

The hot springs were a wonderful way to unwind after a day of hiking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms could use some upgrades, as the bed was hard and the carpets felt dirty. It was a relaxing experience worth the visit.

I had a great time staying here because it was right in the middle of downtown Pagosa Springs, making it easy to stroll along the charming riverwalk, visit the nearby hot springs, and explore various shops and restaurants like The Lost Cajun and Tequila's Mexican Restaurant just a short walk away, and I loved soaking under the stars in the outdoor pools after relaxing in the mineral baths; the staff was super friendly and the room had everything I needed like a fridge and microwave, but I noticed the large pool could have used a little more cleanliness.

The location of Healing Waters Resort And Spa is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown and the river. The hot springs were a highlight. The pools felt low-key, clean, and uncrowded. The staff greeted me with kindness. My room had a significant odor, possibly from the carpet, and the lack of a microwave was inconvenient. The beds could use an upgrade. They felt uncomfortable and worn. I was also disappointed that the indoor hot tub was gender-separated, limiting the experience for couples. I appreciated the unique hot springs experience and friendly staff but felt the room needed major improvements.
